About Jennifer:

I am a Registered Clinical Counsellor (RCC) (#20741) with a Master’s degree in Counselling Psychology.

My approach is integrative, person-centred, and compassionate.

Together, we can navigate difficult transitions and relationship challenges through the lens of attachment, adverse childhood experiences, trauma, and unhealthy coping mechanisms to shift ongoing patterns you wish to change.

I value your unique experience and recognize that you are the expert in your own life.

I am here to listen intently, help you find meaning and purpose, and offer a personalized therapeutic environment that fosters a sense of belonging and empowerment.

I utilize Strengths Based, Mindfulness, and Emotionally Focused approaches to tailor therapy to meet your individual needs.

I offer child and youth counselling, adult individual counselling, and counselling for parents, caregivers, and families.
